1. 

   Eager eater Sakura Hibiki decides to lose weight by trying the local gym. At first she's unsure about joining, but a special someone changes her mind.

2. 

   After weighing herself, Hibiki gets a shock and asks Machio for help. Later, she learns something about Ayaka's family that surprises her.

3. 

   History teacher Satomi Tachibana decides to try out Silverman Gym. Hibiki spots something odd about Satomi's body but Machio quickly hushes her.

4. 

   It's summer and that means crowds at the gym and extended vacation periods. Hibiki and Ayaka visit Akemi's house and are surprised at how big it is.

5. 

   Sports Day is coming up at school and Machio suggests that the girls work on their hamstrings using leg curls, which get Hibiki a little too excited.

6. 

   An expensive home theater set motivates Hibiki to enter an arm wrestling tournament. Later, an athletic Russian girl transfers to her school.

7. 

   Gina reveals the surprising sources behind her linguistic fluency. After school, the gym is closed so the girls visit Hibiki's workplace.

8. 

   Satomi's fellow teachers Rumika and Yakusha discover she's been hiding a new habit. Later, a trip up a mountain leads to lessons in outdoor exercise.

   A mysterious man arrives at the Silverman Gym, where Machio immediately recognizes him. The girls attend a special bodybuilding competition as VIPs.

10. 

    It's Christmas, but since the girls are all single they're feeling less than cheery. Machio hosts a festive gym party complete with skull crushers.

11. 

    The girls head out to a shrine for New Year's and learn it's devoted to the "muscle god." The next day, they decide to enter a talent show.

12. 

    The girls join everyone from the gym on a trip to tropical paradise, where melon-based exercises, push-ups and physical fitness competitions await.
